RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt of your order to provide an exchange or a refund of the unused item . The receipt, the price tags still attached to the article and/or original packaging are required for any exchange or refund.

Please note that we do not accept for Returns or Refunds the following items: underwear , hats and caps, belts and fabrics sold by the meter, articles from our Liquidation Department; Used Articles from our "yard", camping items, items having been altered or washed items ordered on special request and gift certificates. All products from our company are covered by a 30 day warranty after purchase against manufacturing defects. Moreover, some products may be guaranteed for a longer period by the manufacturer. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for for possible original manufacturer guarantees and warranties honoured by them.
